Camps and clinics are designed for teams, schools and groups wanting to increase general athleticism and sport specific performance. Athletes of all levels and ages can benefit from our professional instruction in the areas of speed, agility, acceleration, strength, power and flexibility.Training Packages / Speed Camp are essential to improving.

 

Sports Performance Group takes a scientific approach to improving athletic performance. In a little over an hour, a bio-mechanical evaluation that features a kinetic-chain point assessment helps trainers find any issues with athletes’ natural body motions or senses of balance. Coaches then draw up workouts based on both the results of the evaluation and the trainee’s primary sport. Each training session lasts an hour and starts with a flexibility warm-up before revving up to speed training and plyometrics.

    • SPG Jr. High School (Group Training)
      • Description SPG Juniors is our year round speed and agility program that focuses on driving fundamentals of sports performance –speed, agility and conditioning. This ground program for athletes ages 10-13. Individuals train in an age appropriate group setting .

        • Athletes take part in sessions 2 to 3 times per week (depending upon in or off-season)
        • 60 minute sessions
        • Two SPG coaches per session
        • Ages 10-13
        • Classes offered Saturday-Thursday
          • SPG High School (Group Training)
            • Description SPG Seniors is our year round speed and agility program for high schools athletes. It focuses on driving fundamentals of sports performance –speed, agility and conditioning. This ground program for athletes ages 14 and above. Individuals train in an age appropriate group setting .

              • Athletes take part in sessions 2 to 3 times per week (depending upon in or off-season)

  • Create Your Own Group
    • Description This program offers athletes an opportunity to create a small group to train together. Train in a smaller group and get a discounted rate.

      • Small group setting (up to 8 athletes)

      • $30 per athlete per session with a minimum of 6 athletes in the group

Camps & Clinics
